There are some things in this world that happen but are extremely rare to witness. One of those things, in the world of basketball, is seeing LeBron James get ejected. In his 19 seasons in the NBA, he’s only ever been ejected one time. And tonight against the Detroit Pistons, he doubled that tally.
In the 3rd quarter, the Los Angeles Lakers were trailing the Pistons by 11 points. Jerami Grant was on the free throw line to add to that lead. Grant made the free throw but on the rebound Lebron James’s elbow hits Isaiah Stewart on his eye. His eye and mouth began to bleed and the sight looked like a UFC matchup. LeBron went over to apologize to Stewart but Isaiah was not having any of it. He made multiple attempts to push through everyone to give LeBron James a piece of his fist. It looked like the beginning of the Malice at the Palace part 2. Stewart obviously could not push off so many people but LeBron James did pick up his 2nd ejection of his career. With the Lakers already down, losing LeBron was a bad thing.
However, Anthony Davis picked up the slack and got the Lakers the win. In the clutch he also got 2 huge blocks and a bucket in the same possession. That’s how the Lakers got the win after being down 17 at one point. Even Russell Westbrook had a near triple double and played really well.

Do you think Adam Silver will add a fine and suspension to Isaiah Stewart and his bleeding eye, for almost forcing a huge altercation?
